  1. The only thing I have noticed with e-cigs compared to “normal” cigs is when smoking a “normal” cig one’s fingers touch the face,e-cigs fingers are away from face. Maybe we smokers get a ‘hit’ from the physical touch to the face as well?
    I am female in my 60’s been smoking since age of 8 or 9yrs and still working on using e-cig to become ex-smoker.

  2. Hi I am a heavy smoker. I have tried all the steps from champex, patches, gum, eating snacks and had got even worse than before. My mind is not strong enough to fail again now I see people around using this device esmoke and I don’t know if this would once again fail my habit again. I smoke a pack of 25+ a day.
